Hello Don,
I wanted to report I have found one tiny bit of information about my elusive great grandfather, Wiley Wilkey. On the Missouri Archives pages was a roster of the 51st. Missouri Militia. Among the men listed was Wiley Wilkey. He enrolled Aug. 23, 1862 and was relieved from duty Jan. 13th 1862. This is only the second piece of data I have been able to find on him. The first was his marriage to Priscilla Bales April 15, 1862 in Richmond Missouri. Some time between 1868 and 1870 he died or disappeared.

There is the other Wiley Wilkey in Coryell Texas. I do not know if they are related or not, but they are the only two with the name Wiley.

I don't know even if you need or want this information, but I thought of any this would be one place to add the data.
